Overview

The Program Manager for User Experience Assurance team will lead day-to-day operations of Stripe’s product quality programs, ensuring high-quality user experiences across all of Stripe’s products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design thinking, product design, or program management.
• Experience as a Program Manager in a Design or Engineering team.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Able to distill complex issues into understandable solutions.
• Experience developing or improving processes with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
