Program Manager, Quality Assurance - Remote

Overview

As the Program Manager, you will be an individual contributor responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our defect-driven operational quality assurance programs, ensuring the highest quality standards across the operation.

In Short

• Lead the development of new quality programs through all phases including project plan development.
• Proactively manage escalations, track and resolve program risks.
• Support program retros to assess strengths and opportunities.
• Organize daily activities that align to total quality outcomes.
• Be a trusted business partner/quality SME.
• Identify and prioritize data-driven optimization opportunities.
• Support tracking and monitoring of controls.
• Partner with departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop tools and standards for team programs.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt.
• 3+ years of project management or operational experience in health insurance.
• 3+ years experience in change management and process improvement.
• 3+ years stakeholder management experience.
