Overview

The Employee Experience Program Manager will play a key role on the Culture team by elevating Axon’s workplace culture and employee engagement. This person will focus on broader Employee Experience initiatives, as well as Axon Aid, the social responsibility arm of our business. Our team drives company culture with strategic events, consistent messaging, and employee service.

Requirements

• 2+ years in program management.
• Experience in developing and managing high-impact programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
