Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.
• Bar Membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in technology.
• 8+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven people-management skills.
• Strong communication and legal skills.
• Ability to manage commercial contracting processes.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
