• Lead and scale the engineering team responsible for Hopper’s ad platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in management.

• Experience with ad tech, retail media, or large-scale data/ML-driven systems preferred.
• Track record of delivering measurable outcomes with product and business teams.
• Ability to attract and mentor engineering talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for technology and its impact on industries, especially in travel.
