Requirements

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12 to 17 years of experience in IT or related fields.
• Proven leadership skills in managing large teams.
• Experience with Scaled Agile methodology.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AWS and Databricks technology stacks.
• Experience in health/life sciences is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Passion for data governance and modeling.
