Requirements

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• 5+ years of prior management experience.
• University/college degree; higher education preferred.
• Proven leadership with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.
• Experience in Agile Development and Application Development Tools.
• Strong skills in influencing and innovation.
• Ability to coach others and promote continuous learning.
• Knowledge of design thinking and emerging technologies.
• Experience in group problem solving and process improvements.
• Familiarity with software solutions and user experience design.
