Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills with competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design, and OOP.
• Working knowledge of Java, Go, Python, or .NET.
• Deep understanding of scalable distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Several years in an engineering management role or senior engineering team lead role.
• A leader passionate about growing talent.
• Ability to run and improve technical development processes.
• 11+ years of experience.
