Requirements

• 10+ years (with Master’s) or 14+ years (with Bachelor’s) of professional experience in software design, development, and systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in C5ISR systems, IT infrastructure, and secure communications.
• Strong background in programming concepts and modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD).
• Proven management and leadership experience in multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Expertise in acquisition processes and lifecycle management for software-intensive systems.
