In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners.
  • Translate partner inquiries into structured, actionable requests.
  • Provide clear updates and expectations to partners.
  • Assess and validate reported issues before escalating to engineering.
  • Investigate technical or data-centric questions using internal tools.
  • Manage and prioritize requests across multiple partners.
  • Improve intake workflows and triage mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
  • Advocate for partner needs while maintaining internal focus.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Adept at turning ambiguity into clarity.
  • Technically fluent, with experience in data analysis.
  • Experience in roles like Technical Account Manager or similar.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating issue severity and urgency.
