Overview

As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you'll manage the operational and analytical infrastructure for a fast-paced travel marketplace, ensuring smooth cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.

In Short

• Oversee daily global cash positions across multiple entities and currencies.
• Build and refine cash flow forecasts for strategic decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of a Treasury Management System.
• Monitor FX exposures and support hedging strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on payment flows.
• Work with FP&A and Accounting to optimize working capital.
• Manage relationships with global banking partners.
• Maintain internal controls around treasury activities.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with global cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Knowledge of TMS implementation or automated forecasting.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments and FX risk.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience managing banking relationships independently.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about AI and automation in treasury operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
