Overview

The Network Innovation Lead will serve as the operational backbone of the Network Innovation Office, managing pilots and scaling successful initiatives within the Home Instead franchise network.

• Manage the full lifecycle of innovation pilots from design to close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred MBA or related advanced degree.
• Experience in management consulting or data analytics.
• Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Familiarity with data-related tools like Looker.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving results.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
