Overview

The Care Solutions Consultant is dedicated to assessing customer needs and explaining how Home Instead can provide the services they need to age well at home. This role engages with customers through various communication channels and requires excellent customer service and sales skills.

In Short

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective clients.
• Meet sales goals and productivity metrics.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored home care solutions.
• Make 75-90 calls per day.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
• Participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback.
• Accurately record client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on company services and industry trends.
• Work closely with franchise owners to support new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience in the health or homecare industry preferred.
• 3+ years of phone-based sales experience preferred.
• Remote work experience with a distraction-free environment required.
• Ability to meet key team metrics required.
