Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

Momentum is a fast-growing Series A company specializing in driving AI transformation for revenue teams. We are looking to add a remote Solutions Consultant who is technical, self-directed, personable, and responsive.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions pre and post sales.
• Debug, build workflows, triage requests, and bridge customers with engineering.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Lead the onboarding process from POC to post-sales.
• Conduct training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic account plans.
• Act as a liaison between customers and product teams.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong technical background with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred.
• Stellar communication skills and self-motivated.

Requirements

• Experience managing Salesforce Flows and Admin preferred.
• Ability to work as a trusted advisor for customers.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
