Overview

A Solutions Consultant serves as a key liaison between clients and Mitratech, providing expert guidance on technical solutions to meet business needs. This role involves understanding customer challenges, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer success.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
• Educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities, features, and best use cases.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams to help shape future product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in a similar role, such as solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales.
• Familiarity with software solutions, cloud technologies, and industry-specific tools.
• Ability to analyze complex client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of sales cycles, customer engagement strategies, and negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
