Overview

The Third-Party Coordinator role at Mitratech focuses on supporting training coordination efforts and assisting with logistics, tracking, and communication related to required training programs within the Enterprise Risk Management team.

In Short

• Support training coordination efforts.
• Provide general support to the Enterprise Risk Management team.
• Collect necessary information from business users regarding ICs.
• Direct business users to appropriate workflows.
• Draft Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Track IC access to Mitratech systems and data.
• Coordinate with HR on background checks.
• Maintain Vendor Risk Assessments.
• Assist with annual vendor risk audits.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Corporate legal or law firm experience required.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Strong reading comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in acting as a liaison between departments.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
