VP of Finance - Remote

Overview

As the founding VP of Finance at Momentum, you will build and lead the Finance function, partnering closely with the executive team to own financial strategy, planning, and operations.

In Short

• Develop and execute a financial roadmap aligned with growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7-8 years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Success in scaling finance functions through fundraising cycles.
• Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling.
• Proven track record in managing investor relations and board communications.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building teams.
