Overview

The VP of Finance will oversee all financial operations at Gatekeeper, a SaaS-based Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management solution, ensuring robust financial strategies and processes to support growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SaaS financial leadership.
• Experience in a Private Equity environment.
• Demonstrable experience in senior finance roles.
• Fluent in SaaS financials and metrics.
• Experience scaling SaaS from $10m to $30m ARR.
• Familiarity with multi-currency finance considerations.
• Hands-on approach with ownership of key processes.
• Proactive problem-solver and innovator.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
