In Short

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers.
  • Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts based in the West Coast Region.
  • Translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
  • Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders and technical champions.
  • Lead and continuously improve customer lifecycle programs.
  • Identify repeatable success patterns and scale best practices.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Contribute to high-quality customer-facing content.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in observability and cloud-native development.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to expand Honeycomb’s presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Proven track record of influencing business decisions.
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers in complex environments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple relationships.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • Experience in observability, APM, monitoring, or DevOps platforms.
  • Based in PST or MST.
