Overview

As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, you will enable customers to leverage APIs and microservices to drive their business initiatives while working in a dynamic start-up environment.

In Short

  • Work with a portfolio of customers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams for effective customer engagement.
  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle for successful outcomes.

  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or Open Source is preferred.
  • Understanding of Cloud Native technologies is essential.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing is important.
  • Act as a stellar teammate across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for technology and customers.
  • Experience in similar roles within SaaS or Infrastructure software.
  • Understanding of customer engagement techniques.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial customers.
  • Knowledge of APIM and related technologies is a plus.
