Overview

The Senior Technical Customer Success Manager will champion the largest and most critical customers, serving as the primary post-sales contact for technical, product, and support inquiries while ensuring successful adoption of Kong products.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a technical customer-facing role
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps or full-stack development
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Desire to tackle technical problems independently
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience with API management platforms (plus)
  • Experience in a technology startup (plus)
