In Short

• Own technical vision and contribute to product and technical roadmaps.
• Write code across the full application stack, primarily in React, Typescript, and Golang.
• Mentor and lead other engineers in their roles and careers.
• Influence company goals and strategy.
• Work with a cross-functional team on product delivery cycles.
• Maintain a flexible mindset to balance product delivery and technical debt.
• Ensure clear communication within the team.
• Support production software and maintain on-call health.

• Deep experience in frontend application development and backend development.
• Experience leading teams through product delivery cycles.
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Clear, open communication skills.
• Interest in observability and production software support.
