Overview

You will be working at a dynamic and fast paced start-up as a member of the Customer Experience (CX) team, enabling Customers to leverage APIs and microservices to drive their business initiatives.

In Short

  • Coaching customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Defining adoption plans and post-sales engagement.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Product teams.
  • Innovating tooling and processes for efficiency.
  • Working on cutting edge customer projects.
  • Learning products and applying knowledge to real-world usage.
  • Collaborating with peers and representing Kong.

Requirements

  • Builder’s mentality to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial customers.
  • Passion for technology and customers.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of complex technology environments.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS or Infrastructure software.
  • Understanding of Cloud Native technologies.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS.
