Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. This role is ideal for someone with a generalist ops background, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to take ownership across a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

In Short

  • Support a high-level tech entrepreneur across AI, fintech, and education.
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling, prioritize meetings, and coordinate availability.
  • Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal workflows.
  • Conduct light research for meetings, content, or product ideas.
  • Assist with onboarding new collaborators, interns, or freelancers.
  • Work 1:1 with a founder operating at the edge of technology.
  • Help manage publishing timelines for blogs and newsletters.
  • Draft communications or internal summaries as needed.
  • Contribute directly to meaningful research and education initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings and support task management or planning.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Manager.
  • Experience managing projects solo or as a freelancer.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and other tools.
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to take initiative.
  • Bonus: Interest in AI, research, or educational content.
  • Ability to lead or mentor a small team is a plus.
