Overview

As Senior Director, Regional Enablement (Americas) at Hims & Hers, you will lead the development and execution of our regional operational strategy across North and South America, enabling compliant, scalable growth and supporting business goals.

• Lead operational strategy for new and existing markets across the Americas.

Requirements

• 12+ years in operations strategy or regulatory implementation.
• Deep understanding of U.S. pharmacy regulations.
• Experience launching operations in new markets.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• High degree of cross-functional fluency.
• Strategic mindset with operational detail orientation.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
