In Short

• Lead and scale two squads — Platform Engineering and Customer Events Engineering
• Drive the execution and completion of Data Platform V2.0 and UET rollout
• Oversee the Unified Event Tracking framework
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering and CRM stakeholders
• Ensure high data quality and operational consistency
• Implement best-in-class engineering practices
• Coach and develop tech leads and senior ICs
• Champion data governance and compliance
• Optimize Databricks compute and cost
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in software or data engineering
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Proven success leading large-scale data platform initiatives
• Strong technical command of SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with event data architectures
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong program execution skills
