We’ve pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which helps companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Traditionally, acting on data has required engineering time and bandwidth, and left most business users stuck with charts and reports that are unable to take automated action on their data. With Hightouch, every business user, without writing any code, can activate data to streamline critical processes, improve marketing performance, and scale operations.

In Short

• Join the Hightouch Technology Partnerships team as a Partner Solution Engineer.
• Shape the CDP landscape for partners like Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP.
• Deliver product demos and hands-on enablement for partners.
• Work with product, sales, and development teams to enhance user experience.
• Support partners in developing integrations with Hightouch.
• Participate in certifications to maintain skills.
• Engage in persistent outbound communication with solutions engineers.
• Present impactful demos at trade shows and webinars.
• Travel involved: 25%.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehouse and/or MarTech solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with Composable CDP tools like Fivetran, dbt, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Able to develop compelling demo environments for CDP use cases.
• Experience presenting solutions to large audiences.
• Strong customer-facing skills with empathy and relationship management.
• Bonus: Experience at a SaaS company or with cloud architectures.
• Bonus: Experience working with channel partners.
• Bonus: Experience developing with APIs.
• Bonus: Consulting or startup experience.

Benefits

• Salary range: $160,000 - $220,000 OTE (70/30 variable) USD.
• Location independent in accordance with remote-first policy.
