The Partner Solutions Engineering (PSE) team at HashiCorp is dedicated to building and nurturing partnerships with our System Integrators, both regionally and globally, as well as our Cloud Service Providers and Technology Partners. The PSE team ensures the technical success of these focus partners by aligning with their business objectives and enhancing their capabilities. The PSE team empowers the field and partners alike, driving expansion and acceleration services though the development of partner capabilities, delivery of technical training programs, and creation of repeatable sales plays. Our mission is to foster strong, capable partners who can effectively leverage HashiCorp to accelerate outcomes and drive success with the Customers we mutually support.

In Short

  • Lead as a Domain Expert in hybrid/multi-cloud solutions.
  • Provide technical enablement and co-selling strategies.
  • Own technical relationships with assigned partners.
  • Integrate HashiCorp’s Cloud Stack into partner solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of HashiCorp technology portfolio.
  • Foster strategic partner success through active participation.
  • Assist partners with services practice building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role.
  • Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with implementing software products in large enterprises.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Experience working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
