Overview

Highnote is looking for a Disputes Manager to lead and manage the dispute resolution process, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies and regulations.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a team of dispute analysts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex disputes.
  • Create and manage processes for dispute cases.
  • Manage regulatory reporting and coordination with banks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Generate reports on dispute trends and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify patterns leading to disputes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in card issuing disputes.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance obligations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience presenting to executive teams.
