We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• Support the Austin territory as a District Manager.
• Recruit qualified physicians and practitioners into a partnership.
• Conduct training for physicians, staff, and patients.
• Present Biote’s training and business program to healthcare professionals.
• Manage relationships with practitioners to grow practices.
• Prospect for new leads and identify quality sales prospects.
• Attend marketing and sales events.
• Utilize CRM for sales activity updates.
• Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a high level of communication with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B model, preferably in medical or biotech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Effective presentation skills for large groups.
• Home office capability with reliable internet access.
