Burn Outreach Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Burn Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, organizing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion and burn injury prevention programs, while collaborating with Burn Program leadership to ensure quality patient care.

• Coordinate burn injury prevention programs.
• Develop educational opportunities for staff and pre-hospital personnel.

• Maintain the Burn Registry.
• Prepare documentation for American Burn Association verification.

• Travel requirement is minimal (0% - 25%).

• Requires 1 year of EMS or hospital experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of EMS, pre-hospital, hospital, ED/ICU experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, ABLS) preferred.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are necessary.
