Overview

The Outreach Co-ordinator at Reed in Partnership will support the growth and development of the Leeds Stop Smoking Service contract, focusing on health-related behaviour change and community engagement.

In Short

• Support the Leeds Stop Smoking Service contract.
• Identify key contacts for referrals and partnerships.
• Present services in the community and at events.

Requirements

• Competent Excel skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and persuasive communication.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Prior experience in targeted roles is desirable.
• Understanding of health-related behaviour change.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Fluency in community languages is a plus.
