Housing Community Outreach Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Housing Community Outreach Coordinator will lead coordinated service delivery programs, conduct outreach, and collaborate with community partners to enhance support for individuals in need of legal and social services.

In Short

• Lead housing education workshops
• Manage referrals among partner organizations
• Conduct community outreach and canvassing
• Support pro bono coordination
• Assist clients in determining eligibility for services
• Collaborate on educational materials
• Work with attorneys on housing rights presentations
• Represent the organization at outreach events
• Organize program data and outcomes
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• AA/AS or BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year in community outreach or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Commitment to the mission of providing legal services
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience with web-based data entry (preferred)
