Overview

The Business Development Representative at Q4 is responsible for driving customer acquisition through targeted prospecting and maintaining engagement with leads.

In Short

  • Generate new customers through calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings using Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Maintain engagement with leads through creative follow-ups.
  • Keep records updated in Salesforce.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
  • Generate outbound interest with cold calling and emailing.
  • Partner with sales for territory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Some Capital Markets experience is helpful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable but not essential.
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Goal-oriented and a lifelong learner.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points.
  • Experience with Salesforce ideal.
  • Experience with SalesLoft is helpful.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in German, Swiss, and/or Spanish is a bonus.
