Overview

Chronosphere is looking for entrepreneurial and strategic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team! You will have the opportunity to drive the outbound and inbound pipeline generation efforts while delivering a world-class experience for prospects.

In Short

  • Master Chronosphere’s target market and business strategies.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Implement a modern multi-touch outbound strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Team.
  • Research relevant companies and identify decision makers.
  • Provide compelling value-based messaging.
  • Track all activity in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Transition leads to AEs for further qualification.
  • Act as a mentor for future BDR hires.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional BDR experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
  • Outbound prospecting experience including cold calling.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Research and develop personalized communication.
  • Passion for building relationships and driving business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills.
  • Organizational skills and self-starter attitude.
  • BA/BS Degree.
