Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years in sales/account management with 4+ years in a leadership role within SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills for developing effective strategies.
  • Expertise in core sales methodologies.
  • Proven coaching skills with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong team player with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience managing and growing revenue within a customer portfolio.
  • Exceptional listening and deduction skills.
  • Understanding of key SaaS metrics and pricing strategies.
