Vice President of Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

As the Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement, you will lead Highland’s global planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory strategy teams while supporting the mission of providing electric school buses and clean heavy-duty vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex agreements.
• Strong experience with vehicle supply chains.
• Deep understanding of risk mitigation and logistics optimization.
• Experience with people management and team building.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
