Regional Service Manager - Remote

Overview

The Regional Service Manager provides project management and maintenance support for Highland’s asset management objectives, overseeing maintenance activities for electric vehicles and chargers.

In Short

• Develop and implement support plans for bus and charger maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with contract standards and service level agreements.
• Manage service relationships and warranty management.
• Accountable for asset availability and repair decisions.
• Supervise maintenance and technician teams.
• Assist in developing maintenance quality initiatives.
• Implement quality inspection and audit programs.
• Ensure staff training and equipment readiness.
• Assist with maintenance budgeting and forecasting.
• Leverage P&L understanding for maintenance modeling.

Requirements

• College degree or 7+ years of relevant fleet experience.
• 5 years of maintenance management experience in a multi-site environment.
• 5 years of fleet supervisor experience in a diesel shop.
• ASE Master Certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of electric vehicle maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors and service level agreements.
• Electric vehicle or charger repair experience preferred.
• Experience with DOT compliance for medium to heavy-duty fleet.
• Computer proficiency and experience with diagnostics.
• Experience with maintenance budgeting and modeling.
