Senior Manager, FP&A and Treasury - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A and Treasury at Highland Electric Fleets will serve as a trusted partner across various functions and Executive Leadership, focusing on improving forecasting accuracy and financial reporting automation.

In Short

• Partner with various functions to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Engage with Project Finance and Pricing teams for improved connectivity.
• Responsible for near term forecasting and process improvement.
• Lead automation efforts for FP&A reporting.
• Collaborate with CFO and Executive team on forecasts.
• Interact with external parties for accurate forecasting of cash and P&L.
• Manage administrative tasks in Treasury Management.
• Evaluate systems for process improvement opportunities.
• Provide additional support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in FP&A or Operational Finance roles.
• Experience in a project business, preferably with large companies.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Experience in a Finance Leadership training program is preferred.
• Must be a curious self-starter who can handle ambiguity.
