• Responsible for building and optimizing the Treasury organization.
• Develop standard process definitions including Treasury policies.
• Manage daily Treasury activities including cash management and liquidity planning.

• Develop and implement financial risk management strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Treasury or finance, preferably in an international company.
• Experience with private equity ownership is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Experience in leading teams and projects.
• Fluent in German and English.
