Treasury Manager - Remote

Overview

P2P.org is the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $8B. We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Manager with operational experience to support the Treasury function in all aspects of our cash flow, payments (fiat and crypto), bank account management, and financial reporting processes.

In Short

• Daily monitoring of bank account balances.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and uploading statements to the ERP system.
• Support timely and accurate processing of salaries and vendor payments.
• Prepare daily crypto and fiat balance reports.
• Compile reports related to Treasury activities and balances.
• Prepare forecasts of accounts receivable and payable.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks in payment processes.
• Document treasury processes for audit and compliance.
• Support in crypto wallet creation and payments processing.
• Build and enhance control environment in treasury.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of crypto payments and traditional financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Operational experience with Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Google Docs and Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in payments processing or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for employee and vendor interactions.
