The Senior Capital and Treasury Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the Treasury and Capital risk management processes for Monzo's new European entity, ensuring compliance and optimizing business performance.

• Support the delivery of key risk management framework documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury or Capital with technical knowledge.
• A Treasury or Risk qualification or significant experience.
• Technology and data project experience.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements.
• Experience in business process development.
• Ability to articulate technical topics clearly.
• Strong communication skills.
