Overview

Join BWH Hotels as a Regional Service Manager to enhance member value by providing operational, consulting, coaching, marketing, and related hotel support across a designated territory.

In Short

  • Provide training and support to hotel personnel including owners and staff.
  • Develop relationships and build trust with assigned hotels.
  • Consult on hotel operations to improve performance.
  • Conduct property visits and assessments for quality assurance.
  • Facilitate field-training workshops focused on customer care.
  • Promote Best Western resources and initiatives.
  • Plan and schedule property visits effectively.
  • Travel up to 80% domestically.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years hotel General Manager experience or equivalent.
  • Multi-property management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-directed and adaptable to new initiatives.
