Overview

The Computer Operations Technician will provide high-quality technical support and monitoring services for client-critical systems hosted on premises and in the AWS Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on incidents.
  • Implement remediation solutions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Follow incident and change management processes.
  • Support hotel onboarding and connectivity tasks.
  • Coordinate and implement technical releases.
  • Work in a remote environment from Arizona.
  • Participate in project work as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years IT/IS experience.
  • Experience with monitoring platforms for cloud technologies.
  • Intermediate level LINUX support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Willingness to learn and keep skills updated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
