Overview

The Property Management Systems Trainer will organize and conduct virtual training sessions for hotel contacts, providing comprehensive support and education on the new Property Management System (PMS).

In Short

  • Conduct virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
  • Lead hotel trainer sessions on Property Management System (PMS).
  • Create and edit eLearning content and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Facilitate hotel onboarding to the Two-way Interface.
  • Maintain IT service functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Document incidents and service requests accurately.
  • Handle sensitive business information confidentially.
  • Utilize strong communication and adaptability skills.
  • Collaborate with specialists and users to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Hotel experience and PMS knowledge preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and LMS.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic SQL experience and understanding.
  • Technical skills in networks and macros.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
