The Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations Planning will lead and oversee all aspects of supply chain strategy and operational planning to support the organization's strategic objectives and ensure seamless execution.

• Lead the supply chain and operations planning function across all programs.
• Establish and lead a Supply & Sales Operations Planning (S&OP) forum.

Requirements

• BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years in pharmaceutical operations, with 12 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in manufacturing supply chain and product launches.
• Proven ability to implement supply chain strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building teams.
• Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
• Success in working with CMC teams.
• Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Requires 20-30% travel.
