Overview

The Regional Access Manager is responsible for engaging with healthcare providers to enhance patient access and educate teams on payer policies, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10-12 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3 years of experience with specialty pharmacy networks.
• Understanding of access processes from Rx to shipment.
• Experience with prior authorization and related billing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to educate healthcare professionals confidently.
• Strong rapport building and listening skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
