Overview

Disc Medicine is seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Data Operations & Reporting to support its first commercial launch and future indications by building and managing commercial data operations, reporting, and analytics infrastructure.

In Short

• Develop and maintain management and field reporting dashboards.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Manage data integration from specialty pharmacies into the data warehouse.
• Define and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Drive system enhancements and reporting improvements.
• Serve as the liaison between commercial operations and IT.
• Oversee incentive compensation calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in biopharma commercial data operations.
• Experience overseeing commercial data strategy and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in commercial data integration and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, SAS, Python.
• Ability to partner with commercial leadership and finance teams.
• Experience managing specialty pharmacy and third-party data.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and compensation calculations.
• Experience in business process optimization and automation.
