Overview

The Solution Director will empower teams to solve complex pharmaceutical industry challenges using vast data repositories and the latest technologies like AI/ML, working in a collaborative culture.

In Short

  • Work with sales, consulting, and operations teams as a subject matter expert.
  • Identify priority cross-sell and green field account targets.
  • Develop sales and implementation acceleration tools.
  • Diagnose customer pains and engineer solutions.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with customers.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and business cases.
  • Support sales team with RFP responses and SOW creation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on new use cases.
  • Participate and speak at industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare data analytics.
  • Familiar with various datasets and systems.
  • Proficient with analytics tools and data platforms.
  • Strong background in commercial reporting use cases.
  • Excellent group presentation skills.
  • Ability to engineer market-driven solutions.
  • BA, BS, or BBA required; advanced degree preferred.
