Overview

Heard is on a mission to help therapists build thriving private practices by simplifying tax, accounting, and financial management. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be the first point of contact for prospective therapists, identifying and qualifying leads to drive growth.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Book high-quality consults for the Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
  • Collaborate with ISRs to strategize outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Leverage sales scripts and case studies to drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or service-based sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage high volume outreach and follow-ups.
  • Comfort working in a CRM, HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow.
